I’m glad this encouraged you! Substack was a learning curve for me, too. It took me months to figure out the basics of the platform, and I still learn something new every week.
But I find it MUCH more user-friendly than IG. So don’t get discouraged! The more you explore, the more comfortable you’ll feel. 😊

Thanks, Rosa! I know lots of writers use IG well (and I love your poetry account, btw) but it has never been anything but a headache for me.
I’ve taken a much-needed hiatus from it this fall. May or may not return to it in the new year—we’ll see!
